1. Subscriptions
Huddled is operated by Callo Apps LTD (registered in England & Wales, Company No. 17194575, 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA). Huddled Pro and Ultra are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually (Enterprise is billed per seat). Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Your spaces and media remain viewable on the Free plan afterward, subject to Free-plan limits.
3. Refunds
If you're charged in error or are unhappy, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we'll work with you on a refund of the most recent payment where appropriate. Statutory rights (including any local consumer/withdrawal rights) are unaffected.
4. How to request
Email support@huddled.cloud with your account email and the charge in question. We aim to respond within a few business days.
